The weather was warm, light jacket when riding.
No need for a fire at night.
No spiders, thank you Spider Spray.
So Jack loves brrm brrms. Obviously.
So he wanted to go on a 'wide' a lot.
At first he sat between us, which he was fine with.
Then he got bored after awhile (like 35 min) and wanted to be up front.
Then he wanted his hands on the handles.
Then he wanted to choose where to go occasionally.
Then he figured out the gas.
And well, he was basically driving by the time we left.
(Obviously Kev never let go of control either, for our safety. And Jacks. And anyone around us)
He liked to 'take' us by the 'wa-ie' (water)
Come on Mom, I'm ready to go again.
"Daddy, wide peese?"
"Uh brrm brrm, uh wide. Here Peeeeeese."
"Uh hat. Uh ride brrrm brrm"
"Brrrm Brrrm" And other various chatter the entire ride.
(Disclaimer: We did not create this brrm brrm monster, he came out of the womb that way.)
