So today it is yet again about my DM.
I post this in part to keep track of some of the recipes that I am using.
So then I don't have to go searching for them, because yes, I am that lazy.
White Chicken Chili- Soooooo good. Soooooo easy. Made it last night. We ate the whole pot with 3 people. And it serves 6. My soup for the week.
Sweet 'n' Sour Meatballs w/cabbage- one of our basics
Tin Foil Dinner- new recipe. We'll see how it goes. Maybe tonight because we obviously don't have any leftovers.
Greek Orzo Salad and pita bread- new recipe, no meat. I love Greek food. Well, what little I have had. SO I am hoping to love this as well.
If anyone has ideas on how to make pita bread good, let me know. I bought some at Costco and I'm not loving it with my hummus, so I am thinking some with the salad....
Beef and Sweet Potato Turnovers- new recipe. And yes I am slightly regretting putting this one on the menu. Now that I am looking at it I am unsure of how good it will be. But I bought the stuff for it, so I gotta make it, right?
Chocolate Mint Brownies- No, not for dinner. But I had to mention them. My friend made them for me and they were literally from heaven. So I attempted, next time I will make some adjustments to make them 'prettier', but still tasty. Better than BYU's :)
And yes this is my first time doing a menu since I last posted.
We had a few 'basics' in between, don't worry.

I always love when people share their menus because quite frankly I get sick of trying to come up with stuff. So thanks for sharing. We actually tried the Tin Foil Dinner last night only we put Italian Sausage in it instead of ground beef and it was totally yummy. I'm curious about your sweet n sour meatballs and cabbage... do you have recipies?
thanks mandi..you rock!
