Talking, walking, working and haircuts

So this past weekend we did another trade show for Spider Spray, the Utah Valley Home Show at UVU (formerly UVSC). So we were hanging out there talking to people all day 11-8 and my voice went a little hoarse. It was another huge success and we are so please with the response that we have gotten from this extra marketing we are doing.

Kevin has been working his tail off during this season. Spring is a huge time for pest control and we are exploding with business. It's exciting to be growing (we had to get a new truck to accommodate all the new business) and we are planning to keep the momentum going - but it is sure tiring. We are glad that it's a good tired and not a "stressed out because the season isn't going well" tired. Go Spider Spray!

Even though he's exhausted from his 12 hour work days when he gets home, Kev still puts forth the energy to take Ollie and I on a walk. Why do I say Ollie AND myself? Because it's sometimes hard for me to get the motivation to go by myself (unless it's warm outside, which it is not as of late). Speaking of weather, did I mention it snowed 6 inches on Monday??? RIDICULOUS if you ask me. Here's a quick pic of Kev and Ollie on one of our walks.

Let's see, other Thorn news is that we both got haircuts!! Yay! After looking at the last pictures of me I was disgusted and had to get it done. I had to try out a new girl because my hair people keep moving, and so I was a little apprehensive. There have been very few haircuts that I didn't like BUT I wanted it a certain way this time so I was a little more picky. She did a fantastic job! I was so impressed and I am so glad that I found someone new on my first try. Also she is literally only 4 minutes away- and the salon does free bang trims! Ahh, hair bliss. I would post a picture but I feel silly just taking a picture of myself and my hair so you'll just have to wait.
