My main form of liquid intake is H2O. Occasionally I will have a sip of Kevin's juice and if we get fast food (which is rare) I will probably order a soda. But really it's good ole water for me. I thought I was drinking enough, then I realized at night I was probably more thirsty then I should be; and when I wake up to nurse Jack at night I think I am going to pass out if I don't drink a big glass right away. So today I finally looked up how much I should be getting. According to the Mayo Clinic since I am nursing it should be around 13 cups a day. So the 'average' is eight and while adding 5 more cups doesn't seem like a whole lot, it sure seems like it. So if I seem to suddenly need to use the restroom more often, you'll know why.
Note that there is no standard precise amount. It depends on your body and your lifestyle. But there are definitely some guidelines to follow.

WOW. All I drink is water too, and I've noticed I've been a little too thirsty too much of the time. That's some great info, thanks!
By the way, if your screaming scares Jack, he'll hopefully stop biting you quickly. My mother-in-law had to stop nursing Ben because he would just laugh when she screamed after he bit her... yeah that's my husband.
Wow...its really looking great who don t want to drink they come & drink it....
that much of nice really awesome....
