A home to call our own

That's right, we bought a house!! It was a quick process, hence one of the reasons we were so busy. We found it the beginning of May and moved in May 30th. Then we had two and a half weeks to 'set up house' before Kevin went down to Houston for his Dad's retirement party and then they (meaning Mom T, Dad T and Blaine) were coming up for a visit. So it has been a whirlwind. But a good one!

So here is some about our new place of residence. It is located in the beautiful community of Alpine, Utah nestled right up against the mountains. We feel very fortunate to have found it. It is a 1970's home that has been pretty much completely remodeled. It is one level with a basement, 5 bedroom 3 bathrooms, 3 car garage and HALF an acre! We love it. So here area few pictures.

The front has this INCREDIBLE tree. You have to understand that 3/4 of the houses in Utah do not have trees, especially like this one!
