Luckily the walkway has a bunch of trees covering it so it wasn't QUITE as deep as everywhere else. It took me (yes, I shoveled it) just over an hour to get all it shoveled (keep in mind that there was about 2 inches of ice under the snow).
The top of our driveway. Only 1 or 2 cars could actually make it up our steep snowy driveway this winter, lucky one of them was ours. (Obviously not the snow covered truck, that was parked up here before the snow came.)
I locked myself out of the backdoor when taking Ollie out and had to hike around the house to the front, it got up to my knees. I have boots on, you just can't see them.
We were afraid that Ollie would hate the snow because it's so cold, he surprised us and loved it! He loved to play in it and it was so deep that it took a lot of energy to hop around in it so it tired him out, definite plus for us.
I love this picture because I caught him as he was flying off to chase a bird. I know I talk about him a lot, but I really love our dog, he makes me laugh.
While the snow is white and makes everything so pretty, I was getting pretty tired of feeling trapped in the house and hiking up the driveway and literally falling down it. So I am excited to say that Spring is working REALLY REALLY hard and coming. The snow is melting, more people can make it up our driveway (and not get stuck) and I see dirt and grass!! I love it and am SO excited the the high is 52 today and low is 40. Yeah for the sun!

Holy Cow... did you guys get a month's worth of groceries at once so you wouldn't have to brave that driveway or what? I'm so glad its warmer.
